Accountant

• Responsible for applying payments collected through various payment platforms to the appropriate contracts in InfoLease
• Perform daily administration of Equipment Financing Agreement (EFA) and lease transactions in InfoLease
• Prepare and book daily journal entries to the Peoplesoft general ledger once payment applications have been posted in InfoLease
• Assist the collections team, which includes questions regarding open charges, payment returns, reapplying payments, etc.
• Responsible for remote deposit capture and facilitating payment batches by uploading NACHA files to the bank

Lease Staff Accountant

• Responsible for applying payments collected through various payment platforms to contracts in InfoLease
• Prepare and book daily journal entries to the Peoplesoft general ledger
• Assist with financial statement closing process and related internal controls
• Work with collections team regarding open charges and customer inquiries
• Perform remote deposit capture and facilitate payment batches
