💰 $17 - $20 per hour
About the role
- Support Branch Manager with daily branch operations including recruitment and customer relations
- Help recruit new applicants and assist applicants through the employment process
- Match applicants with customers' open positions and fill orders
- Enter inbound orders from customers into the system and set appointments
- Navigate multiple operating systems including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and JobStack
- Process payroll for temporary workers in a timely manner
- Promote safety and compliance culture
- Meet with new and existing customers and generate sales
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree preferred)
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills with ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds (physical requirements)
