About the role
- Discern and review cases from a factual perspective while keeping consistent with processes
- Generate reports as required and analyze data to keep the department up to date as new production occurs
- Handle and/or receive complaints, incidents, and issues
- Claims processing
- Contract and document review
- Data entry
- Logging and pulling evidence
- Prepare estimates and quotes
- Perform internal audits
- Outbound calling to debtors (~40% of time) to discuss findings of claim review
- Remediations
- Report generation
Requirements
- 2+ years of Collateral Repossession and/or Insurance Claims, Body Shop Repair or Repossession industry experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required (no employer work permit sponsorship)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Google email, Docs and Sheets experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate to Advanced) experience
- Claims and/or Complaints experience a plus
