About the role
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, networking events, referrals, social media, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms
- Recruit for both business-critical and high-volume sales roles, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Create and present recruitment reports, metrics, and insights to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with recruiting best practices, market trends, and emerging AI technologies in talent acquisition
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a sales and high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for high-volume roles, particularly sales and revenue-generating positions
- Experience leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to support sourcing, screening, and pipeline management
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, including high-volume requisitions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruiting analytics platforms
- High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
