About the role
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, networking events, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for open roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and role requirements
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions

Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a business or corporate environment
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
