About the role
- Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes (screening, interviews, candidate feedback)
- Perform hiring and termination procedures, managing documentation and deadlines
- Organize and lead onboarding/integration of new employees
- Manage benefits, support payroll (outsourced payroll provider) and address operational inquiries
- Manage and track employee vacation
- Support internal communications and corporate initiatives
- Organize and provide support for internal events
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in generalist or operational HR roles
- Experience with recruitment and selection, hiring, termination, benefits, payroll, and onboarding
- Basic knowledge of labor/employment legislation
- Organized, proactive, discreet, with strong communication skills
- High level of autonomy, responsibility, and ownership mindset
