About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes (screening, interviews, candidate feedback)
  • Perform hiring and termination procedures, managing documentation and deadlines
  • Organize and lead onboarding/integration of new employees
  • Manage benefits, support payroll (outsourced payroll provider) and address operational inquiries
  • Manage and track employee vacation
  • Support internal communications and corporate initiatives
  • Organize and provide support for internal events

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in generalist or operational HR roles
  • Experience with recruitment and selection, hiring, termination, benefits, payroll, and onboarding
  • Basic knowledge of labor/employment legislation
  • Organized, proactive, discreet, with strong communication skills
  • High level of autonomy, responsibility, and ownership mindset
