Consultant

• Deliver a broad range of services to IRI clients.
• The following descriptions of services provided are examples of the work the consultant may be asked to perform, but additional types of consulting services may also be required.
• Develop strategies to assist clients in meeting their goals and assist with the implementation of plans as appropriate.
• Display a mindset that exudes confidence, competence, and delivers an overall impression required to get the job done.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships, inspire teams and gain trust.
• Manage budgets, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of the overall project.
• Develop and deliver customized training materials for large and small groups, using IRI templates and formats.
• Conduct organizational assessments, followed by analysis and integration of interviews and other corporate data to develop reports and recommendations for clients.
• Apply critical thinking to qualitative and quantitative data to develop and implement recommendations specific to client needs.
• Develop and deliver presentations, including but not limited to corporate board members and executives and other members of leadership.
• Facilitate meetings with small and large groups, including employees at all levels within an organization.
• Assume full responsibility for all client communications, including briefings and reports.
• Train other consultants in areas of the consultant’s specialty.
