About the role
- Ensure growth and retention of the client portfolio
- Develop, maintain and expand trusted relationships with strategic clients
- Re-engage clients who have not placed orders recently
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with active clients
- Lead meetings, presentations and consultative negotiations
- Work closely with the Marketing team
- Use the CRM to record activities and track opportunities
- Attend external meetings, corporate lunches and networking events
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Experience negotiating with legal and/or financial organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consultative profile with the ability to create tailored solutions for clients
- Strong capability in developing strategic relationships
- Organized, disciplined and autonomous in managing multiple clients and demands
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems
- Residence in the São Paulo area
- Previous experience in translation services, consulting or B2B corporate services
- Advanced English
- Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
