About the role

  • Ensure growth and retention of the client portfolio
  • Develop, maintain and expand trusted relationships with strategic clients
  • Re-engage clients who have not placed orders recently
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with active clients
  • Lead meetings, presentations and consultative negotiations
  • Work closely with the Marketing team
  • Use the CRM to record activities and track opportunities
  • Attend external meetings, corporate lunches and networking events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Experience negotiating with legal and/or financial organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consultative profile with the ability to create tailored solutions for clients
  • Strong capability in developing strategic relationships
  • Organized, disciplined and autonomous in managing multiple clients and demands
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems
  • Residence in the São Paulo area
  • Previous experience in translation services, consulting or B2B corporate services
  • Advanced English
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
