About the role
- Act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for the sales team, customers, and partners
- Be an accessible technical translator for customers buying data for the first time
- Own the data evaluation process for all new business opportunities in your book of business
- Support technical support questions and needs beyond the capabilities of the Customer Success Team
- Live and breathe customer feedback to help improve processes and the quality of data
- Contribute to internal and external thought leadership opportunities
Requirements
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Big Data
- Strong ability to advise customers on tech stack architecture for Big Data
- Capable of interpreting complex code for less technical team members and customers
- Proven history in building successful customer relationships
- Ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds
