Events

• Support the organization and production of signature Rolling Stone events and events around key cultural moments
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Events & Programming to design, produce, and manage logistics across the Live Media/Events calendar
• Require project management, attention to detail, organization, writing, and communication skills
• Research venues, artists, and vendors
• Gather, code, and submit invoices
• Create documentation pre- and post-event including onsite activation ideations, talent curation, weekly client updates, and internal/external post-event recap decks
• Act as liaison with vendors to produce event-branded elements
• Manage guest communications, event landing pages, automatic guest communications, guest lists, and post-event surveys
• Consolidate key metrics, databases, and scorecards
• Provide onsite event team support and coordinate event meetings across teams
• Support awards submissions and provide general support to the Senior Director of Events & Programming
• Employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely
