About the role
- Join Pennylane's Business Talent Acquisition team (five full-time recruiters) led by Thomas.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Business areas with support from your manager and team members.
- Improve our talent pooling management.
- Support and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Produce and share data-driven reports to improve our recruitment processes and performance.
- Challenge and refine existing recruitment processes for continuous improvement.
- Lead or participate in various projects: events, referral program, ATS workflows, hiring process improvements, candidate experience initiatives, and recruitment tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting business profiles for scale-ups or fast-paced companies: minimum 4 years (we're looking for a seasoned professional).
- Desire to grow as an individual contributor (IC) and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Native French speaker and fluent in English.
- Tech-savvy (ATS, LinkedIn, automation tools, Notion) with strong sourcing skills.
