About the role
- Lead and coordinate the team of external training consultants
- Design and maintain Pennylane's Client Onboarding training catalogue
- Deliver trainings and webinars targeted at accounting firms
- Ensure the quality and satisfaction of delivered trainings
- Maintain up-to-date, high-quality product expertise
Requirements
- Speak English (level will be assessed and valued depending on the department you apply to)
- Enjoy working in a constantly changing environment
- Make collaboration a priority within your team and with other stakeholders
- Have the perspective to prioritize high business-impact actions in your daily work
- Deep expertise in Pennylane
- Knowledge of the accounting firm ecosystem
- Forward-looking vision
- Excellent instructional and pedagogical skills
- Strong proficiency with digital tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Supervision and management of external consultants
- Experience building partnerships
