About the role
- Become an expert user of the software to deliver high-quality training
- Train accounting firms on bookkeeping and review work using Pennylane
- Manage onboarding and assess learners' acquired skills
- Lead group sessions to share knowledge about the platform
- Reach out to firms to introduce yourself and send training materials
- Ensure learners complete their administrative tasks and write a post-training report
Requirements
- Significant experience in an accounting firm, including bookkeeping, review work, and preparation of tax packs
- Availability of at least 10–12 days per month for this assignment
- Ability to travel within a defined geographic area (approximately within 2 hours of your home)
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Ability to learn quickly and confidence presenting both in-person and online
- Commitment to Pennylane and participation in administrative tasks
