About the role
- Supervises, plans and organizes the assigned unit’s operations and staff functions including performance management, delegation of work assignments and review of work product.
- Supervises, leads, and participates in project teams for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.
- Determines how to best support the needs of the end user.
- Ensures the appropriate technical support is provided to end users regarding their specific systems, solutions, and processes.
- Troubleshoots, analyzes, and resolves escalated issues or concerns.
- Monitors business systems and business processes to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
- Supervises, plans, leads, and participates in the configuration and maintenance of enterprise systems to support end users and business processes.
- Identifies and corrects configuration issues to restore the solution and ensure proper operation.
- Identifies and supervises the coordination of system changes that will impact other business operations/areas.
Requirements
- Eleven (11) years of experience configuring enterprise business systems or related platforms
- OR Seven (7) years of experience configuring enterprise business systems or related platforms AND a bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
