About the role

  • Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines across EHRs, HRIS, financial systems, and other sources
  • Optimize data models for performance and scale
  • Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing processes
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Design scalable Star Schemas aligned with business requirements
  • Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for KPIs like turnover, labor costs, and satisfaction scores
  • Tailor visualizations for executives, HR, operations, and clinical teams
  • Work closely with teams to deliver data solutions that meet their needs
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Document pipelines, models, and dashboards for maintainability
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Data Analytics Engineering, Data Architecture, or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Strong SQL for extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ODS, and Kimball methodologies
  • Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake) as user and admin
