About the role
- Provide strategic leadership to enterprise initiatives by shaping long-term roadmaps, defining success metrics, and translating strategy into executable plans.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making, resolving competing priorities, and ensuring organization-wide alignment.
- Take a proactive and structured approach to problem solving—asking strategic questions, challenging assumptions, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitate clear, meaningful communication across all levels of the organization—from front-line associates to senior executives.
- Create and deliver compelling artifacts (e.g., presentations, roadmaps, visual models) tailored to diverse audiences and contexts.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps, timelines, and key milestones.
- Manage complex sets of interrelated projects ensuring alignment, synergy, and synchronized delivery and realization of business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive transparency, alignment, and accountability on program deliverables.
- Oversee governance and compliance by ensuring adherence to reporting requirements, risk management practices, and organizational best practices, maintaining transparency and program integrity at all levels.
- Champion AI enablement by using AI tools and technologies to enhance individual and team performance, decision-making, and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in a business analyst, project manager, program manager, or similar role
- 5 years' experience in insurance and financial services
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and leading cross-functional project meetings
- Experience in agile environments is a plus
