About the role
- Manage, administer, and coordinate faculty academic appointments, reappointments, and promotions process.
- Support divisional faculty coordinators in all appointment, reappointment, and promotion processes.
- Research, preparation, and vetting of extramural consultants and peer references.
- Oversee and implement peer reference process at the Division level.
- Prepare monthly DOM COAP meetings with the Director.
- Assemble dossier packets and set up BOX files for committee members.
- Ensure University Faculty Search guidelines are followed.
- Orient/train new faculty coordinators within the DOM.
- Work directly with internal and external entities to verify academic appointment requests.
- Maintain close interaction with the DOM Division Coordinators.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
