Develop and execute high-impact creative design briefs across marketing and sales, targeting enterprise HR and Benefits Professionals, and Financial Advisers in the UK
Create social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos
Work across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Manage the end-to-end creative briefing process: collect requests, prioritise, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Maintain and enforce consistent brand usage across all customer-facing creative aligned to existing brand guidelines
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals
Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines and optimise designs using performance data
Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PH time; Work set-up: Remote
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Must have animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each
Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Keen analytical mind, and able to optimise design for performance using data-driven insights
