About the role
- Produce high-quality design renderings and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with homeowners and sales representatives throughout the design process.
- Participate in marketing, training, and engagement activities.
- Partner with the DesignWorks team to develop best practices and identify opportunities to expand and enhance services.
Requirements
- Design skills & training preferably in the exterior residential realm.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Be creative, collaborative, and energetic while problem-solving.
- Demonstrate adaptability, strong organizational skills, and personal drive.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to changing processes and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to Salesforce and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 1-2 years of related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel to sales branches as needed.
