About the role
- Provide counseling to members weekly via text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls to monitor recovery progress
- Onboard users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessment to gather behavioral health history and symptoms
- Monitor member progress and offer therapeutic strategies to manage temptations and cravings
- Support and encourage members to establish and sustain motivation to change substance use
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure positive member experience and provide feedback to product development
- Uphold good standing with active license(s)/certification(s)
- Attend team meetings and case discussions as scheduled
- Help members transform their lives and the lives of their families through addiction recovery
Requirements
- Active, state-issued license in Nevada and/or Oklahoma in good standing (eligible licenses: NV CADC, LADC, LCADC; OK CADC, LADC, LADC/MH)
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience delivering CBT/behavioral support for SUD (tobacco, alcohol, opioids)
- Proficient with MI/MET, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (coaches, physicians, nurses)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable in fast-moving environments; able to prioritize competing demands
- Technologically fluent; quick to learn new tools and platforms
- Preferred: National addictions certifications such as AADC/CAADC/CS (IC&RC) or NCAC-II/MAC (NAADAC)
- Preferred: Unrestricted/independent level licensure (e.g., NV LADC/LCADC; OK LADC/LADC-MH)
