- Providing timely and accurate financial information to management, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Guiding others in the use of appropriate accounting practices
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual processing of accounting information
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory filings
- Preparing various analytical reports required by management throughout the year
- Mentoring and assisting supervision of Accounting staff
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
- Professional accounting or insurance designations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
