About the role
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of client care which includes clinical support, consultation and educational enrichment for staff, clients and families
- Supporting all caregivers to ensure their professional success in the homecare setting
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing
- At least 5 years experience in healthcare or related field preferred
- At least 3 years Supervisory experience preferred
- Must receive approval from applicable state or participating program/licensing unit
