Title Clerk

• Work closely with our Title Specialist to procure documents and process title applications to resolve title issues
• Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to improve our knowledge base on various forms
• Be a resource for form related requests and make system updates accordingly
• Process incoming and outgoing document shipments, as needed
• Provide feedback to improve processes, resources and tools
• Ensure the accuracy of the packages we send to interested parties to resolve title problems, and the accuracy of our applications that we submit through the DMV
• Handle a large volume of tasks on a daily basis including incoming mail, printing, sorting, procuring title packages, outbound shipments and internal support
• Problem-solving, improving processes, improving tools, and building relationships with our Title Specialists
