About the role

  • Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Proactive outreach and not afraid to pick up the phone, with a strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with our restaurant partners, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, stay updated on industry trends, and effectively convey their value to prospects.
  • Work towards and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Peckwater Brands' revenue growth.
  • Build pipeline at the top of the funnel, from lead generation to booking meetings for senior BDs, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends, providing valuable feedback to the team and suggesting strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, willingness to assist colleagues, and contribute to the overall success of the team's objectives.
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management), and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
