About the role

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap of the global payments platform
  • Partner across engineering, payroll operations, sales and marketing to influence and better understand customers
  • Draft product requirements for initiatives
  • Drive the execution of major initiatives on the platform
  • Define goals and success criteria
  • Leverage AI for automation of payment processing capabilities
  • Ensure products are delivered on time with a focus on user experience
  • Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends in Payments, AI, and the EOR landscape

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
  • Passion for and experience building Payments and Crypto products
  • Experience leading initiatives across engineering and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
