About the role
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to lead and deliver high-quality design solutions
- Design, build, or optimize design systems, processes, and patterns to improve business outcomes
- Drive initiatives to advance customer experience, product scalability, and design consistency
- Lead by example in quality standards, usability, and inclusive design
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design strategy
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers to strengthen the team's design capabilities
- Own ambiguous or strategic problem spaces spanning multiple features or surfaces
- Set vision and direction in collaboration with PM/ENG
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Typically 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindset
- Experience with design systems, accessibility, or scaling design in complex products is a plus
