About the role

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to lead and deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Design, build, or optimize design systems, processes, and patterns to improve business outcomes
  • Drive initiatives to advance customer experience, product scalability, and design consistency
  • Lead by example in quality standards, usability, and inclusive design
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design strategy
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers to strengthen the team's design capabilities
  • Own ambiguous or strategic problem spaces spanning multiple features or surfaces
  • Set vision and direction in collaboration with PM/ENG

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Typically 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindset
  • Experience with design systems, accessibility, or scaling design in complex products is a plus
