Director

• Lead the construction of the PebblePost platform with focus on workflow automation to deliver performance to our Brands
• Discover “the why” in the marketplace that leads us to impactful, in-demand solutions
• Monitor and analyze product performance such as usage and user adoption, user feedback, and performance against market expectations
• Infuse AI into the PebblePost platform unlocking unique insights and driving value for our internal and external customers
• Identify areas for improvement and optimize existing products
• Help drive increased modularization of a legacy codebase to scale enhanced A/B testing
• Partner with Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Data Science teams to gather input and communicate product updates
• Share the product vision and strategy to ensure alignment across the organization
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring our products continue to evolve

Director, Product Platform

Product Manager

• Help create and communicate a product roadmap that ensures the product vision aligns with PebblePost's mission and resonates with our brands
• Lead discovery for problem areas and features (user interviews, data deep-dives, and competitive analysis) to validate opportunities and define success metrics
• Write product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptability criteria, and partner with Engineering to translate requirements into JIRA tickets
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Finance to ensure go-to-market readiness, positioning, pricing inputs, and measurement plans.
• Track product performance and health (usage, feedback, KPIs), run experiments where appropriate, and iterate quickly based on learnings.
• Manage the backlog, drive sprint planning and scoping, and communicate release readiness and timelines to stakeholders.
• Contribute to go-to-market assets (enablement briefs, release notes, demos) and support internal readiness for launches.
• Uphold high standards of quality, documentation, and cross-functional communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Operations

• Own the end-to-end campaign operations lifecycle for Programmatic Direct Mail campaigns, providing platform guidance to brands and internal teams.
• Build and launch campaigns in the PebblePost Platform with Technical Account Managers, ensuring accurate setup, data hygiene, and QA prior to go-live.
• Serve as the platform SME, collaborating within a cross-functional pod (Brand Partnerships, Technical Account Management, Campaign Ops/Analytics) to align goals, define testing/measurement plans, optimize performance, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Monitor campaign pacing so we deliver each brand’s budget in full.
• Deliver data-driven reporting and actionable recommendations to brand teams and the pod.
• Advise brands on creative timelines (proofing/approvals) and manage the creative workflow and QA so assets meet specs, are approved on time in full, and align with planned in-home windows.
