About the role

  • Sales & Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products and services using persuasive communication and compelling arguments tailored to customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses for both existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics within assigned timeframes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Market Insights: Monitor and analyze market trends within your territory to provide insights into customer needs, preferences, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry best practices, evolving sales techniques, and promotional trends to continuously improve your performance.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Self-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Mexican market is a strong advantage.
