Requirements
- Support the execution of project management, administrative coordination, and operational rigor
- Ensure efficient and effective account management activities
- Improve clarity, follow-through, and readiness across internal teams
- Serve as key facilitator of change management
- Develop structured project plans and timelines
- Maintain documentation of decisions, action items, and timelines
- Coordinate internal meetings and documentation for account planning
- Track operational tasks aligned with the school-year cycle
- Analyze trends and recurring issues for operational improvements
