About the role

  • Monitor portals and bidding platforms to identify relevant opportunities (federal, state and municipal).
  • Analyze public notices, terms of reference and attachments, assessing technical, legal and commercial feasibility together with internal teams.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of qualification and proposal documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with the process rules.
  • Serve as the focal point of communication with public agencies (clarifications, inquiries, appeals and monitoring results), ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal areas (Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations) to gather information, documents and required approvals.
  • Track the timeline of each procurement (publication, challenges, clarifications, stages and evaluation), reducing risks and avoiding missed deadlines.
  • Support post-bid activities: follow-up on award/ratification, negotiation support and organization of contracting documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of all processes and related documents, ensuring traceability and auditability.
  • Pipeline and CRM management: produce regular reports on the bidding pipeline (status, risks, next steps and results) to support commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • Cultural fit with Pearson and commitment to ethics, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Management or related fields.
  • Proven experience with public tenders and public procurement processes (electronic auctions — pregões, competitive procurements — concorrências, waivers/inapplicability — dispensas/inexigibilidades, as applicable).
  • Solid knowledge of public procurement legislation, with emphasis on Brazilian Public Procurement Law (Law 14.133/21).
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Organized and analytical profile, good time management, attention to detail, compliance/process-oriented mindset and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
