About the role

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, offboarding activities for leavers, and position change activities for current employees with employment changes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help resolve employee inquiries and issues related to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year of work experience in HR, Customer Service or any Corporate role.
  • Willing to work in the US Eastern time zone (8:00 pm - 5:00 am MNL time), mostly remote with occasional office days once in a while.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
