About the role
- Lead Pearson’s sales growth and strategic presence across Wales
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders including Welsh Government bodies, colleges, and sector partners
- Develop and execute a clear territory strategy for Wales
- Build, manage, and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline
- Engage senior stakeholders across government and colleges
- Represent Pearson at regional events and policy forums
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Government Relations
Requirements
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within education, vocational qualifications, or public sector environments
- Ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders and policymakers
- Experience engaging organizations such as Welsh Government, sector bodies, or further education providers
