About the role
- Develop and articulate the product vision, ensuring alignment with Pearson’s strategic goals, customer requirements, and financial constraints.
- Design agentic AI product experiences, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Qualifications and across Pearson to drive innovation and excellence.
- Partner with product management and technology teams to deliver products that provide a seamless experience for all user groups, including customers, learners, and internal staff.
- Champion the voice of the customer and learner in all product decisions, leveraging data and insights to inform product strategy and prioritization.
- Ensure product initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product team and across stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within the qualifications, education, or assessment domain.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering AI-powered or agentic product experiences.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with technology teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
