About the role
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows for digital content development and learning products
- Lead initiatives to integrate generative AI into existing and new content creation processes
- Partner with product managers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives
- Support migration and enhancement of platforms (e.g. ActiveLearn to ActiveHub) to ensure seamless user experience
- Monitor and optimise AI workflows for scalability, compliance, and quality assurance
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications for education
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital content development and learning platforms
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly generative AI, and their application in education
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
