About the role
- Own product strategy and roadmap across A/R automation, payments, patient engagement, and analytics
- Define pricing, packaging, and commercialization for new products in partnership with Sales, CS, and Marketing
- Experiment with product-led growth motions that drive adoption, usage, and expansion revenue
- Hands-on product leader, operate from strategy to sprint-level execution
- Partner with CTO on engineering velocity and AI-augmented development workflows
- Architect integration and data strategy
- Build partner enablement frameworks
- Enhance patient UX
- Leverage healthcare record data set for insights and ROI
- Establish product feedback loops
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Product within growth-stage B2B SaaS and/or payments
- B2B payments or fintech experience
- Segmented product strategies across customer types (enterprise/DSO, mid-market groups, SMB/private practice)
- UX depth in multi-product environments across software, hardware, and/or other technologies
- PLG upsell / cross-sell experience
- Data & analytics expertise
- Self-serve distribution capability
- Partner and integration experience
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA, New York, or Santa Barbara, CA
