Head of Product

• Own product strategy and roadmap across A/R automation, payments, patient engagement, and analytics with a clear line from every initiative to revenue and profitability impact.
• Define pricing, packaging, and commercialization for new products in partnership with Sales, CS, and Marketing (both SaaS and payments revenue streams)
• Experiment with product-led growth motions that drive adoption, usage, and expansion revenue across private practices, groups, and DSOs.
• Hands-on product leader: write specs, define requirements, generate prototypes, make trade-off decisions. Operate at all altitudes from strategy to sprint-level execution. Compartmentalize to deliver iteratively, not in 6-month batches.
• Partner with the CTO on engineering velocity, AI-augmented development workflows, and build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across PMS/EHR systems, payment processors, and terminal hardware.
• Architect integration and data strategy across dental PMS platforms, payment processors, and channel partners to drive scalability, expand market reach, and deepen value for customers
• Build partner enablement frameworks that allow channel partners and integration partners to accelerate distribution.
• Enhance patient UX as a differentiator and build segmented experiences for DSO executives vs. office managers. Drive self-serviceability as the product suite grows.
• Leverage our healthcare record data set to up-level analytics, insights, and ROI across the customer journey from first touch to raving customer advocate.
• Design and execute product strategy to drive high volume, high retention distribution, service, and support.
• Be an engaged partner to the CEO and leadership team to shape Pearly’s culture and model our values.
• Establish product feedback loops between CS, Sales, Marketing and Engineering that inform roadmap prioritization and improve adoption.
• Build and grow the product function over time: metrics, team, systems, AI.

Sales Development Rep

• Design and execute the end-to-end outbound motion targeting dental service organizations, group practices, and private practices across the U.S.
• Build and maintain a clean, enriched prospect database in a market known for sparse, fragmented, and often invalid data. Develop creative sourcing strategies across dental-specific data providers, communities, and enrichment tools
• Define ICP segmentation, persona-based messaging, multi-channel sequencing (email, phone, LinkedIn, events), qualification criteria, and handoff workflows to AEs
• Establish baseline metrics where none exist: contact rates, conversion rates, cost per qualified opportunity, and capacity forecasting
• Select and implement the SDR tooling stack (sequencing, dialing, intent data, enrichment) in concert with Hubspot
• Leverage AI-native tools from day one (intent, research, personalization, scoring) to build best-in-class scalability and unit economics
• Instrument systems to surface proactive insights on channel performance, segment effectiveness, and team productivity
• Own qualified pipeline generation targets across DSO, group, and private practice segments
• Design process and accountabilities between SDR and AE teams that enable high conversion rates, clean handoffs, and team productivity
• Build proactive outbound motion to accelerate pipeline in coordination with Sales and Marketing (differentiated between DSOs, groups, and private practices)
• Partner with Marketing to align on target accounts, campaign and experiment coordination, content needs, and feedback loops that improve conversion at every stage
• Be an engaged partner to the CEO and leadership team to shape Pearly’s culture and model our values
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of SDRs with clear ramp plans, KPIs, and a performance culture grounded in accountability and development
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations

Sales Development Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Establish baseline metrics where none exist: CSAT, time-to-value, customer health, capacity forecasting.
• Architect the customer journey, from Pilot through Onboarding to Expansion, aligning workflows, tools, reporting, and feedback loops with the goal to accelerate time-to-value and eliminate friction.
• Continuously surface and relieve bottlenecks so the system improves quarter after quarter, delivering more customer value, faster, and at scale
• Create segmented customer journey maps with differentiated service models by customer type.
• Implement self-service systems, process, tools to drive scalability, experience, and retention.
• Own GRR target of 95%+ and NRR target of 125%+.
• Implement process, systems, and data to surface customer insights that drive durable top tier GRR (e.g. why customers stay or leave, customer health, usage, etc)
• Design process and accountabilities between CS and Sales that enable high pilot conversion rates, ROI demonstration, and team productivity.
• Build proactive CS motion to ensure customer retention and accelerate expansion revenue in coordination with Sales (differentiated between DSOs, groups, and private practices)
• Partner with Product to establish feedback loops informing strategic roadmap and improved adoption & usage of Pearly’s platform.
• Build CS team with clear role differentiation (Implementation, Support, CSMs)
• Create "productized" implementation with clear roles and SLAs between CS and Sales

Head of Customer Success

Account Executive

• Own the complete sales motion: outbound prospecting, discovery, product demos, pilot management, contract negotiation, and close.
• Build and manage a pipeline across DSOs, dental groups, and private practices with the credibility to speak to a solo dentist and a DSO VP of Operations in the same week.
• Run structured pilots (proof of concepts) with clear success criteria and guide prospects from evaluation through signed agreement.
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, conference networking, and creative targeting strategies.
• Partner with Marketing on campaign execution, messaging tests, and coordinated outbound sequences.
• Identify patterns in what works — segments, personas, objections, use cases — and share them back to sharpen how we go to market.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in HubSpot, and report on performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly with clarity and accountability.
• Develop a strong command of your pipeline health and communicate it proactively.
• Bring back what you hear in the field: product feedback, competitive positioning, objections, and customer stories.
• Share learnings with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve how we position, build, and retain.
