• Own Pearly's data systems end-to-end: Postgres warehouse and OLTP infrastructure, ETL pipelines (bulk and real-time streaming), and data products and APIs.
• Drive overall data architecture and harmonization across the platform — designing systems, abstractions, and algorithms that unify data from multiple EHRs, payment processors, and external vendors into a coherent, scalable layer.
• Drive data modeling decisions with performance, observability, and operational excellence as first-class concerns.
• Own vendor SDK integrations and vendor relationships on the technical side.

• Design and execute the end-to-end outbound motion targeting dental service organizations, group practices, and private practices across the U.S.
• Build and maintain a clean, enriched prospect database in a market known for sparse, fragmented, and often invalid data. Develop creative sourcing strategies across dental-specific data providers, communities, and enrichment tools
• Define ICP segmentation, persona-based messaging, multi-channel sequencing (email, phone, LinkedIn, events), qualification criteria, and handoff workflows to AEs
• Establish baseline metrics where none exist: contact rates, conversion rates, cost per qualified opportunity, and capacity forecasting
• Select and implement the SDR tooling stack (sequencing, dialing, intent data, enrichment) in concert with Hubspot
• Leverage AI-native tools from day one (intent, research, personalization, scoring) to build best-in-class scalability and unit economics
• Instrument systems to surface proactive insights on channel performance, segment effectiveness, and team productivity

• Run structured pilots (proof of concepts) with clear success criteria and guide prospects from evaluation through signed agreement.
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, conference networking, and creative targeting strategies.
• Partner with Marketing on campaign execution, messaging tests, and coordinated outbound sequences.
• Identify patterns in what works — segments, personas, objections, use cases — and share them back to sharpen how we go to market.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in HubSpot, and report on performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly with clarity and accountability.
• Develop a strong command of your pipeline health and communicate it proactively.
