About the role
- Shape how primary care practices operate and thrive.
- Work alongside engineering, product management, data science, and research to deliver experiences, insights, and tools.
- Partner closely with customer success, sales, and operations to align with customers’ goals and hurdles.
- Iterate and define the design process from concept to execution while digging into complex workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience shepherding projects from initial concepts through to market adoption & actual user outcomes
- Consumer-grade work samples that demonstrate proficiency in design systems, data design, content design, and behavioral design
- Skillful with Figma and one or two emerging tools that have been helpful in evolving your design process
- Excitement about helping a broad spectrum of humans providing primary healthcare services to elderly populations
