About the role
- Designing and building intuitive workflows for reviewing complex financial data and AI agent output
- Designing and translating Figma designs into polished, production-ready applications
- Building a new platform from the ground up, and designing end-to-end features that span frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Working directly with auditors (in house and customers) to understand their workflows and pain points
- Improving reliability, performance, and observability across the product
- Collaborating closely with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the UI
- Building the product team from the ground up
Requirements
- Strong fullstack engineering skills with ownership mindset
- You can design and ship features end to end
- You understand how UI, backend, and data systems interact
- Deep empathy for users in complex domains
- You can work with auditors to uncover root problems
- You can translate ambiguous feedback into clear product decisions
- Strong product and design sense
- You know what makes an interface intuitive and trustworthy
- You can turn wireframes into clean, usable experiences
- Comfort operating in high-complexity systems
- Experience with or adjacent to our stack: TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform, AWS Fargate
