About the role

  • Own the Event Circuit: Travel to 4–6 trade shows per month across the U.S.
  • Run High-Volume Demos: Engage attendees, delivering 50+ short demos per day.
  • Manage Full-Cycle Event Execution: Handle booth setup, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Network Everywhere: Seek out business opportunities wherever they happen.
  • Deliver Market Intelligence: Bring back real-time customer feedback to shape strategy.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as the frontline voice of AI Frontdesk, demonstrating professionalism.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of AE Experience: You are a good fit for this role if you've spent at least 2 years as an Account Executive selling software.
  • Energized by Travel: Comfortable living on the road several weeks per month.
  • Magnetic Communicator: You connect with anyone, anywhere.
  • Independent & Reliable: You’ll often be working thousands of miles away from HQ.
  • Tech-Friendly Problem Solver: Able to run live demos, handle basic A/V troubleshooting.
  • Hands-On & Gritty: Understand that events are a full-contact sport.
