About the role
- Convert Figma designs to production code with extreme attention to detail
- Ship A/B tests through PostHog, implement feature flags, and iterate based on data
- Work in tight cycles with our designer - design in morning, ship by EOD
- Build and maintain our design system using Solid.js and Tailwind
- Ensure fast, responsive experiences across devices
Requirements
- Strong frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience with React or similar frameworks (we use Solid.js - easy to learn)
- Obsessive attention to design details and spacing
- Ability to work independently and ship fast
- Comfortable with rapid iteration and experimentation
