Manager

• Identify long-term technology opportunities to support workforce efficiency, safety, customer satisfaction, and data-driven decision-making
• Drive a continuous feedback loop between field execution, IT capability and development needs
• Collaborate with business leaders to define operational objectives for field technologies and translate them into measurable KPIs
• Develop business cases including ROI analysis for significant technology enhancements
• Build and lead a high-performing Field Technology Operations team with emphasis on accountability
• Serve as principal conduit between Field Operations and IT; report to senior leadership
• Keep stakeholders informed on technology needs and trends and influence governance/leadership priorities
• Oversee field technology projects ensuring agile execution and measurable business impact
• Champion integration, testing, and deployment of field technologies with minimal disruption
• Institute QA/QC and data quality standards and support change management and training strategies
• Report on key metrics, risk assessments, and adoption rates

Senior Manager, Field Technology

Accountant

• Lead and provide guidance/support to the Revenue team; ensure compliance with company and accounting policies
• Review/approve journal entries and reconciliations per month-end close (deferred fuel, revenue accruals/adjustments, cost of gas accruals, other entries)
• Assist with research and compliance of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles rules and regulations
• Review reconciliations of deferred fuel, revenue adjustments, cost of gas and other accounts monthly
• Assist with review/analysis of monthly Revenue Summary and act as backup for review meetings
• Review 191 reconciliations and assist with regulatory filings pertaining to 191 balances
• Assist in preparation/review of rate cases, annual cost of gas adjustments, and regulatory commission requests
• Support interim and annual financial statement audits
• Become primary systems knowledge owner; lead resolution processes for system issues and enhancements
• Assist with training of new employees and new systems; perform other ad-hoc requests

• We have an exciting opportunity open for a Principal Revenue Accountant with the opportunity to work remote from CO.
• POSITION SUMMARY: The Principal Revenue Accountant position is primarily focused on being the go-to person for the Revenue team within the Accounting Department. This position will support the Revenue team with reviewing/approving journal entries and reconciliations, as well as research and analysis and special projects.
• PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the Revenue team, ensuring compliance with all company and accounting policies
• Assist with research and compliance of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles rules and regulations
• Review/approve journal entries prepared by the Revenue team in accordance with month-end close schedule including deferred fuel, revenue accruals and adjustments, cost of gas accruals, and other entries as needed to accurately reflect regulatory accounts in the general ledger for utility entities
• Review reconciliations of deferred fuel, revenue adjustments, cost of gas and other accounts monthly
• Assist with review and analysis of the monthly Revenue Summary and act as backup for review meetings
• Review 191 reconciliations and assist with regulatory filings pertaining to the 191 balances
• Assist in the preparation and review of rate cases, annual cost of gas adjustments, and other regulatory commission requests. Support the successful completion of the interim and annual financial statement audits
• Other Ad-hoc requests pertaining to the Revenue team and its support to other departments
• Become the primary person for systems knowledge. Lead resolution processes for system issues and enhancements. Assist with training of new employees and new systems when implemented.
