Business Analyst

• Learn and execute the duties and responsibilities of the different functional areas within the rotation
• Depending on the candidate’s interest, background and area of study, duties within the rotation could include but are not limited to: IT development within SAP and integrated systems
• Create and maintain applications to support SAP systems
• ABAP development; troubleshooting technical issues, creating technical documentation
• System development and support between SAP, CRM, Customer Portal, IVR, and Data Warehouse platforms
• Customer Experience activities; call-center, billing, credit & collections, new services
• Support in one or more SAP ISU functional areas such as: FICA, Billing, Device Management, EAM and C4C
• Collaborate and support functional leaders, decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements for Enterprise IT projects
• Partner with System integrators and SAP to design a robust ERP solution

SAP STAR Enterprise Business Analyst

Manager

• Execute managerial responsibilities including hiring, work assignment, training, and performance oversight
• Design, implement, and maintain the Codes and Standards library to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry best practices
• Oversee QA/QC processes and lead After Action Reviews (AAR) and Root Cause Analyses (RCA)
• Administer Management of Change (MOC) program and support MOC development in other departments
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain the Approved Materials List and facilitate Material Standards Committee meetings
• Develop and manage tracking database and dashboards for procedures and technical standards
• Oversee periodic reviews and updates to ensure compliance with federal and state codes and referenced standards
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for federal (PHMSA) and state natural gas code interpretation and communicate regulatory impacts to stakeholders
• Support pipeline safety and integrity programs and initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and external rulemaking activities and assess impacts to the organization

Manager, Codes and Standards

• Identify long-term technology opportunities to support workforce efficiency, safety, customer satisfaction, and data-driven decision-making
• Drive a continuous feedback loop between field execution, IT capability and development needs
• Collaborate with business leaders to define operational objectives for field technologies and translate them into measurable KPIs
• Develop business cases including ROI analysis for significant technology enhancements
• Build and lead a high-performing Field Technology Operations team with emphasis on accountability
• Serve as principal conduit between Field Operations and IT; report to senior leadership
• Keep stakeholders informed on technology needs and trends and influence governance/leadership priorities
• Oversee field technology projects ensuring agile execution and measurable business impact
• Champion integration, testing, and deployment of field technologies with minimal disruption
• Institute QA/QC and data quality standards and support change management and training strategies

• We have an exciting opportunity open for a Principal Revenue Accountant with the opportunity to work remote from CO.
• POSITION SUMMARY: The Principal Revenue Accountant position is primarily focused on being the go-to person for the Revenue team within the Accounting Department. This position will support the Revenue team with reviewing/approving journal entries and reconciliations, as well as research and analysis and special projects.
• PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the Revenue team, ensuring compliance with all company and accounting policies
• Assist with research and compliance of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles rules and regulations
• Review/approve journal entries prepared by the Revenue team in accordance with month-end close schedule including deferred fuel, revenue accruals and adjustments, cost of gas accruals, and other entries as needed to accurately reflect regulatory accounts in the general ledger for utility entities
• Review reconciliations of deferred fuel, revenue adjustments, cost of gas and other accounts monthly
• Assist with review and analysis of the monthly Revenue Summary and act as backup for review meetings
• Review 191 reconciliations and assist with regulatory filings pertaining to the 191 balances
• Assist in the preparation and review of rate cases, annual cost of gas adjustments, and other regulatory commission requests. Support the successful completion of the interim and annual financial statement audits
• Other Ad-hoc requests pertaining to the Revenue team and its support to other departments
• Become the primary person for systems knowledge. Lead resolution processes for system issues and enhancements. Assist with training of new employees and new systems when implemented.

Principal Accountant
