Operations

• Provides support to the Operations Director by managing the operations within the district to ensure delivery of efficient, economical, and safe distribution services in accordance with company policies and government regulations such as Standard Work Practice, Occupational Safety and Health Act, and OPS.
• Directs all gas operations work in operating area, including determination of priorities, allocation of resources and completion of periodic surveys.
• Supervises the maintenance of operational pressures on gas distributions systems, commensurate with weather conditions, are adequately safe and within the allowable levels.
• Directs the inspection, maintenance, security, and record keeping for Company properties in the district, including buildings, city gates, grounds, key valves, regulator stations, and transportation equipment.
• Monitors performance against plan and for compliance with standard practices, company policy and in compliance with government regulations, through periodic visits to job sites.
• Assures a safe environment for public, customers, and employees through education about and with compliance safety practices, regulator audits, and various DOT requirements (e.g., Operator Qualification Training Modules).
• Participates in safety and tailgate meetings. Inspecting various jobs, to assure quantity and quality of work being performed meets expectations and to resolve difficult service problems.
• Supervises the preparation and assures completion, correctness, and accurate submission of reports such as cathodic protection program, employee injuries, general public liability, leakage survey, mileage, odorization, property damage, repairs, time, and vehicular incidents.
• Discuss service charges and difficult service problems with customers to assure good service and relations.
• Assists Area Managers and Operations Supervisors to resolve problem situations to the satisfaction of local officials and to ensure proper work procedure and record keeping.
• Supports all regulatory agency audits.
• Develops budgets and makes decisions that support the company’s overall financial and strategic objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Operations Manager

• Oversee the operational performance of RNG and other tangential facilities
• Ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance

Manager, Portfolio Operations

Customer Support

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls regarding customer accounts and resolving inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Responsibilities include providing billing and payment information; establishing and closing residential and commercial gas accounts; evaluating credit history and assessing deposits as required; processing profile updates such as name, mailing address, and contact changes; managing Landlord Property Agreements; and enrolling customers in automatic payment programs upon request
• Coordinate and dispatch service work orders for meter installations, exchanges, unlocks, initial and final service requests, emergency response, and other service‑related activities
• Maintain active certification in Natural Gas Occupational Qualifications (OQ) and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management to support departmental operations and organizational goals

Customer Service Representative

Compliance

• Provide administrative assistance to the OQ & Contractor Program Manager
• Serving as an Operator Qualifications Administrator for the Energy WorldNet System maintaining testing records, updating the user database, providing reports, and resolving technical issues with the vendor
• Serving as a Contractor Compliance Administrator for ISNetworld, assisting with construction project startups by assisting to prequalify contractors to ensure that all company safety, insurance, drug testing, and operations qualification requirements are met prior to project commencement, and continued monitoring/auditing of contractor compliance
• Work with employees and contractors assisting them with resolving issues related to Operator Qualifications and Contractor Compliance
• Maintaining records of certifications for contractors' and employees' fusion & welding training, and any other assigned qualifications
• Assist with the scheduling and coordination of employee training events
• Updating Department Manuals
• Assist with new employee orientation as directed
• Generating and distributing photo identification cards for Summit employees and contractors showing qualifications
• Provide other administrative assistance to the department, scheduling of meetings, preparation of critical department notes and agendas.

OQ and Contractor Compliance Administrator

Content Creator

• Collaborate with team members to understand their messaging needs and create content that effectively tells a story.
• From pre-production to post-production, you take a pitch and bring it to life.
• Deliver diverse content in a variety of formats, such as video, social media posts/reels, audio clips, podcasts, and more.
• Utilize photography and videography skills to create high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the department liaison, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
• Develop and execute creative content that is engaging and authentic to support internal and external communications such as brand campaigns, company announcements, and initiatives to team members, customers, and potential customers.
• Conduct thoughtful and professional interviews with employees, customers, or talent to capture authentic stories and insights for use across social, digital, and video content.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
• Assist with external campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
• Work closely with teams to analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and manage technical aspects of content creation, including audio mixing, lighting setup, and advanced editing techniques.

Creative Content Specialist

Artificial Intelligence

• Design, configure, and deploy purpose-built AI agents and chatbots to assist employees.
• Build and maintain automated workflows integrating AI into existing business processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and scope potential AI use cases.
• Develop and refine system prompts to ensure accurate and relevant AI outputs.
• Lead training sessions for business users on approved AI tools and create user documentation.
• Conduct rigorous testing of AI agents to ensure reliability and track usage effectiveness.

AI Analyst

• Manage all state, local, and federal tax filings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Work with accounting leadership to identify opportunities and areas of risk
• Monitor current and impending changes to tax regulations
• Prepare data and manage the preparation of federal and state income tax filings with outside accounting firms
• Prepare annual income tax provisions and review with management and audit firm

Director of Tax

General Counsel

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel on general corporate, litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Lead and mentor legal team members across functional areas, including transactions, financing, disputes and claims, employment, insurance, and records management
• Partner with the CLO and executive leadership to manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration
• Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to execute company strategy through cross-functional collaboration
