Develop and utilize dashboards effectively.
Elicit, capture, analyze and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to gather inputs.
Identify and implement process improvements, suggesting changes to streamline operations and enhance services.
Oversee project efforts, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand and ensure their needs are being met.
Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and work proactively to mitigate them.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
3+ years of prior experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience in finance technology with a deep understanding of related regulatory and compliance requirements preferred.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
Experience in an Agile/Scrum work environment highly preferred.
Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) preferred.
