About the role
- Develop and refine the product management strategy and vision
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that communicates the vision and priorities
- Manage and grow a team of product managers
- Oversee the planning, development, launch, and enhancement of products
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
- Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams
- Develop and manage budgets related to product development
- Define and analyze product performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 years in product management
- 5 years of leadership experience overseeing a product management team in a high tech or related industry
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience in managing product portfolios in technology markets
- Excellent understanding of product management techniques, tools, and principles
- Strong technical acumen with experience in software development, especially in Agile methodologies.
