About the role
- Execute high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and within defined SLAs
- Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and operational reports
- Support workflow coordination and case/task follow-through across teams
- Ensure documentation completeness, quality, and compliance with process standards
- Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational optimization efforts
- Provide cross-functional support during peak periods or changing business needs
- Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in administrative, operations, or back-office support within a BPO or shared services environment
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced attention to detail and time management skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience working with CRMs, EMRs, ticketing systems, or workflow tools is a plus
- Healthcare or rehabilitation industry exposure is an advantage but not required
