About the role

  • Execute high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and within defined SLAs
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and operational reports
  • Support workflow coordination and case/task follow-through across teams
  • Ensure documentation completeness, quality, and compliance with process standards
  • Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational optimization efforts
  • Provide cross-functional support during peak periods or changing business needs
  • Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in administrative, operations, or back-office support within a BPO or shared services environment
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Experience working with CRMs, EMRs, ticketing systems, or workflow tools is a plus
  • Healthcare or rehabilitation industry exposure is an advantage but not required
