About the role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Shopify and e-commerce projects including custom theme builds, migrations, integrations, CRO initiatives, and feature rollouts.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, and risk assessments.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day execution with design and engineering teams.
  • Write clear requirements, tickets, and acceptance criteria that balance speed, quality, and business impact.
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing digital or e-commerce projects
  • Hands-on experience delivering Shopify projects in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and how site changes impact performance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
