• Travel to customer sites and provide various service repairs
• Follow diagnostic repair plans as required by the manufacturer
• Meet service goals while providing superior service
• Document customer repair plans in a timely manner after repairs are completed
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Efficiently navigate a computer
• Perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and preventive service procedures on bus body systems, brake systems, exhaust, limited engine/drivetrain repairs, steering, and suspension
