About the role
- Process and transmit 360 payroll data files (e.g., contribution, loan, and census files) to a wide range of payroll vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data exchanges
- Monitor file transmissions for errors, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain documentation of integration processes, vendor specifications, and transmission schedules
- Assist in onboarding new payroll integrations, including mapping data fields and testing file formats
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and retirement plan regulations
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding payroll integration processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate file processing workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in payroll systems, data integration, or retirement plan administration
- Familiarity with 360 payroll integration processes and retirement plan data formats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with file transmission protocols (e.g., SFTP, API) and data formats (e.g., CSV, XML)
- Proficiency in Excel and data validation tools
