Operations

• Own the execution, reliability, and delivery of IT services across all PCS locations.
• Lead and develop IT teams (service desk, infrastructure, network, field support).
• Ensure reliable delivery of end-user computing (Windows, macOS, mobile), networks (LAN/WAN/WiFi), identity & access services, collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365).
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational IT issues.
• Be hands-on during critical incidents, outages, and high-impact changes.
• Execute cybersecurity controls and standards (endpoint security, MFA, patching, incident response).
• Manage IT vendors, MSPs, ISPs, software licensing, and system integrators.
• Own IT operational budgets, asset management, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead execution of IT projects and support audits, customer security reviews, and compliance activities.

• Own and evolve enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Manage Enterprise LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi across warehouses and offices.
• Configure Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls: policies, NAT, VPN, routing.
• Cisco switching and routing (VLANs, BGP/OSPF, high availability).
• Implement Cloudflare Zero Trust (ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, DNS filtering).
• Design high-density Wi-Fi in warehouse environments.
• Execute network segmentation for corporate, warehouse, guest, and physical security networks.
