About the role

  • Responsible for driving growth within an assigned territory of top-tier customer accounts by building strong relationships and delivering best-in-class service.
  • Act as the primary owner of the customer experience, managing all pre-sale, order, and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Support teams to uncover opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
  • Accountable for managing all aspects of the assigned territory base at a PCNA level.
  • Utilize all internal teams across PCNA to assist in gathering information as needed; work with the customer directly on post-sale issues as needed.
  • Responsible for supporting several communication vehicles including phone calls, chat, fax, e-mails or other as identified.

Requirements

  • High School Equivalent or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years Sales or Service experience with assigned territory/accounts
  • Internal: Must have at least 6 months of experience as an Account Coverage Representative if you have no previous account management experience
